NO Exchanges on Hair Extensions, Hair Products, wigs, and ponytail due to hygienic and safety reasons.

Tools and equipments(ie. dryers, irons, clippers, trimmers, scissors, blades, etc. But not limited to):
-They are always a final sale and only a defective one will be exchanged.
-Personal satisfaction does not warrant exchanges or refunds.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with, or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.
