📌 MySignatureBraids Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing MySignatureBraids (Mii-Signatures Hair & Beauty)! We deeply value your business, and our policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience, excellent service, and long-lasting satisfaction. Please read the policy carefully before booking your appointment.
For your convenience, we have written our policy in form of Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs).
💬 Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes. A consultation is mandatory for all new clients.

Your hair must be in its natural state, free of products, and out of any style.

Virtual consultations are available, but final pricing is confirmed in person after evaluating hair length, density, and required work.

📅 How do I confirm my appointment?
Your appointment is only confirmed once:

You’ve added paid your deposit of $32.50 ($30 towards your service plus $2.50 administrative fee) via valid credit/debit card.

You’ve received a confirmation text or email.
- Deposits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for products or services if you cancel or do not show up.
🧼 How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with your hair:

Washed, detangled, and blown out from root to tip.

Out of any previous style.
-
Add-on blowout service is available for $20 if hair is not prepped properly.

Hair must be free from oils and heavy products. You will be charged for a wash/blowout if hair is oily.

Do NOT trim your hair before your appointment.
-
If your hair is unclean, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Minimum hair length: 5 inches all around for most styles.
If hair is not properly prepared, you may be charged for prep or your service may be reschedule.
You also have an option to include add-ons services.
💇🏽♀️ HAIR EXTENSIONS

We offer premium braiding hair for sale.

If you bring Ultra Braid or any hair that needs cutting, stretching, or brushing, a $10+ prep fee per pack will apply.

We reserve the right to decline unsuitable hair brands that may affect service quality or results.
🔁 What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.
-
Cancellations between 24- 48 hours: deposit is forfeited.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before = No-Show and you’ll be charged 50% of your service.

Deposit transfers are only allowed once, subject to availability

Missed or self-canceled appointments require a new deposit to rebook.

Rescheduling or cancellations are not available during peak seasons: November, December, June, July, and September.
💰 What payment methods do you accept?

Deposits of $32.50($30 towards your service plus $2.50 administrative fee) are paid via valid credit/debit.

Final balances are due in CASH or E-transfers only at the time of service.

If you are unable to pay via Cash or e-transfer, you will be able to pay via credit/debit card with 3% bank fee charges.

All service prices are starting rates only — confirm final pricing before your appointment begins.
⏱️ What if I’m running late?

Contact us ASAP if you’re running late.
-
After the first 15 minutes, a $1/minute late fee applies (up to $20).
-
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and treated as a no-show.

⏰ TIMING & LATE APPOINTMENTS

Please do not book appointments starting from 4:00 PM onward without confirming availability first.

Contact us directly to confirm evening slots.

🔄 Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

No refunds are offered on services.

If you’re unhappy, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

No refunds or exchanges on products.
👤 Can I bring someone with me?
No. For safety and comfort, guests are not allowed unless they are also receiving a service or customer requires the assistance of the guest (parents/guardians).
🚗 Is parking available?
Yes:

Free parking is available outside the store
(Note: We don’t own or control parking facilities.)
📸 Will I be photographed or filmed?
Yes, we often take photos/videos of our work for marketing and records.

You consent to this upon booking.

If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at booking or during check-in.
🚫 Can you refuse service?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Violates our salon policies

Displays rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior
