Hair Exchanges

Email us first concerning the exchanges. Hair can be exchanged within 3-7 days of initially receiving your order. However, you will still be held liable for the shipping cost of the initial order as well as new order. Items must be in original form with no damages  including packaging. You will be held accountable for any damages.
